At sexsationaluk we don't believe in hiding behind a cyber window and so all of our fixed world contact details are available should you need to get in touch.

We are a small UK company committed to building our business by offering great customer service, good value for money, discreet packaging and fast turnaround. Please Email us sales@sexsationaluk.co.uk if you think there is anything we can improve.

Discreet Packaging

Our packages are sent out in plain packaging with no mention of the contents or sexsationaluk. If you have special requirements then please telephone us or email us and we will take care of it, usually at no extra charge. For example if you would like the parcel to be sent so as to arrive on a specific day, we will try our best, but we cannot be held responsible for the Royal Mail. We can also double package a delivery one box/bag inside another or make any arrangements you require.

Credit Card

Your credit/debit card will be debited by either PayPal or Nochex.

Privacy Statement

At sexsationaluk we believe in plain English.

sexsationaluk will never pass any of your personal details onto any other company. If you opt in to allow us to email you our regular newsletter and occasional special offers then we will. We will never mail you with any other service or products other than those sold by sexsationaluk.

The only personal items of information we will hold are your email address and name.

For audit purposes we will retain copies of credit card transactions

No credit card or personal information will be retained on our computer databases as we use PayPal or Nochex, only they get your credit card details.

We use PayPal and Nochex to handle all secure data transactions, both checkout systems are the most trusted in the world with 128bit verisigned encryption. 128 Bit encryption is the highest commercially used data transfer security system available.

PayPal and Nochex are the number one way to send money online and 128bit verisigned encryption makes error or security risks impossible.

Cookies Policy

sexsationaluk will not store any permanent cookie information on your local computer.

A cookie is a small file held on your local computer specific for a domain or url. It can contain personal information that a web site might use, so for example next time you arrive at a site it remembers your name, preferences or even your credit card. We do not use this facility.

Some companies use cookies to help remember who you were for your next visit. Amazon.com do this for their one-click re-ordering system, but because we do not retain your personal information once an order is processed there is no point. We believe that you have greater peace of mind knowing that our systems provide greatest security. For this, the small price to pay is re-entering a few fields for each order. If you disagree, let us know and we will change our systems.

Returns Policy

Any faulty product may be returned to us within 14 days for replacement or a full refund.

Worn garments or used products cannot be returned. Please assess the product before using it.

All prices shown are Final

Unlike most companies we only charge a nominal £2 postage and packing, so you do not get penalised for a big order.

Shopping on-line

To shop on-line, first click on the buttons on the left hand side of the screen to select the product category. This displays the first page of products in the category. At the top of the page it shows how many products and pages there are in total. You will be shown a summary of up to 10 products per page. This shows the name of the product, a small picture, the description and the price. At this stage you can add a product to your basket by pressing the button. To view a larger picture of the item, click on the small image. To page back and forwards through the product pages use either the page links at the top or the 'Next' and 'Back' buttons at the bottom.

When you have added all the products you want to your basket, proceed to checkout by pressing the 'checkout' button across the top of the page. Once at CheckOut, you can now amend, the quantity, size, colour of each item and review your final bill by pressing the 'Recalculate' button. When you are ready press the 'Submit Order' Button.

You will now have to enter your name and address and contact information. It is extremely useful in the event of us having a query that you include your contact number, use a mobile for maximum privacy, but be assured that in the event we do need to contact you, we will be very discreet.

When you have completed this screen, you will be asked how you would like to pay. You have 2 options

• Enter credit card securely on-line via PayPal
• Print order form to post with a cheque or PO

Click on the option you require to finalise your order.

Different Shipping Address

If you wish to have the goods sent to another address, simply enter the shipping address as you place the order. PayPal will have your registered address.

How can I complain?

If you have any reason for complaint, please Email or telephone us. We will investigate your complaint and make an offer to resolve it within 48 hours, but usually much sooner.

How can I cancel?

To cancel an order please email or telephone us. It is helpful if you have the order reference. Any order may be cancelled before receipt or within 7 working days of receipt for a full refund. Refunds will be made as soon as the goods are returned or within 30 days whichever happens sooner. Goods should be returned to us at the customers expense. Goods Unreturned within 30 days may be collected by us at the customers expense and deducted from the refund.
